About the job

We are seeking a Blockchain Security Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. The candidate will work to ensure the security, integrity and reliability of our blockchain solutions and smart contracts. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the assessment and hardening of advanced blockchain solutions on EVM and non‑EVM chains.


You will work with developers, product teams and security auditors to protect our blockchain products throughout their lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct security audits on smart contracts and blockchain solutions.
  • Identify on‑chain vulnerabilities and exploits.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement security best practices.
  • Research and monitor new threats, attack vectors and vulnerabilities on blockchain technologies.
  • Develop and implement security frameworks for detecting threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with external security auditors to identify and address security issues.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and train development teams on blockchain security principles.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain and smart contract security.


  • Strong understanding of the principal blockchains, both EVM compatible (i.e., Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon) and non EVM compatible (i.e., Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot, TON).
  • Solidity, Rust (Solana, Polkadot) and FunC/Tolk (TON) proficiency.
  • Strong experience with token standards and ecosystems.
  • Deep knowledge of cross‑chain operations, token issuance security and Layer 2 solutions.
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge of cryptography standards.
  • Proven ability to execute code reviews both manually and through the usage of automated tools.
  • Understanding of threat modeling, attack surface analysis and incident response processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contributions to open‑source security tools or blockchain research.
  • Prior experience with security auditing firms or major blockchain projects is a strong plus.
