Location: Remote (with preference for candidates in EU time zones; office in Prague available for hybrid work)


Employment Type: Full-time


Salary Range: €50,000 - €80,000 per year (base salary) + performance bonuses + equity options


Start Date: Immediate


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cryptocurrency Trader with expertise in spot arbitrage to join our trading desk. In this role, you will identify and execute arbitrage opportunities across major cryptocurrency exchanges, focusing on spot markets for coins like BTC, ETH, USDT, and altcoins. You will leverage real-time data, automated tools, and market inefficiencies to generate consistent, low-risk profits. This position involves high-frequency trading decisions in a fast-paced environment, contributing to our proprietary trading strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute spot arbitrage opportunities across major cryptocurrency exchanges.
  • Monitor real-time data feeds and execute timely trades.
  • Collaborate with the trading desk to refine strategies and risk controls.
  • Maintain trade records and assist in post-trade analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading with a focus on spot arbitrage.
  • Strong understanding of major crypto exchanges, order types, and APIs.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
