The Re7 team is dynamic with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto.


Our DeFi Labs team who are one of the most respected curators of lending and borrowing vaults, and due to the fast growing nature of the business we need a Program Manager to provide support across the team.


This role is central to ensuring that Re7 Labs and the broader team are delivering strategic and external facing initiatives such as launching new vaults, new platforms, and running key internal initiatives such as developing new products and ensuring the team can scale in a structured and controlled manner.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with cutting edge innovative teams across the globe and play a critical role in supporting Re7 Labs, Re7 Capital and our clients to achieve our collective goals.

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Execution – define, structure, and manage the timely execution of key programs related to the launch of new platforms, products, automations etc
  • Project Management – ensure smooth implementation of new vault strategies, DeFi integrations, and governance upgrades.
  • Program and Project Prioritisation – own and manage the prioritisation process for new initiatives.
  • Cross-Team Coordination – collaborate with internal and external developers, portfolio managers, DeFi analysts, and sales team to drive & deliver new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Enabling Progress at Speed – work closely with the team to ensure progress across all workstreams continues at pace
  • Process Optimisation – Continuously improve workflows for vault creation & deployment, yield optimisation & team productivity.
  • Market & Ecosystem Engagement – stay in tune on DeFi trends, innovations, and regulatory developments to ensure our capabilities remain cutting‑edge.


  • 5+ years experience in traditional finance or DeFi
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders.
  • Extensive program & project management experience
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for L1/L2 chains, protocols, liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and yield strategies
  • A strong understanding of risk management principles
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
  • Dynamic and able to consistently move at a fast pace
  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • University graduate
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas
