The role:
In this role, you will lead the design and development of the satellite's Avionics architecture, from initial sizing and trade-off analysis to interface budgeting and hardware performance definition. Acting as the design authority, you will manage key avionics subsystems - including data handling, telemetry and telecommands, payload data downlink, laser communication terminals, and cryptographic systems - through detailed design and testing phases. You'll oversee interface control at both the physical and protocol levels, manage development risks, lead test planning and supervision, and ensure timely closure of non-conformances.

What we want from you:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in avionics within the space or aerospace sector, including hardware projects in phases B/C/D.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams across at least two domains.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
