A young and growing crypto iGaming startup that’s redefining the future of igaming with blockchain technology and decentralised economies is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to drive the brand, build the team from the ground up and help them become a household name in both the igaming and crypto spaces. 

Their mission is to create innovative, immersive experiences for players while integrating crypto in ways that push the envelope. 

Role Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the mastermind behind their strategy, responsible for scaling the brand, generating awareness, and driving user acquisition. You will bring a deep understanding of both the crypto/blockchain ecosystem and the iGaming world to craft unique strategies that resonate with their target audience. This role requires someone who is entrepreneurial, creative, and capable of building and leading a high-performing team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Own the marketing vision, developing a comprehensive strategy that covers user acquisition, engagement, brand awareness, and customer retention.
Team Building & Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a results-driven team that can operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Scale operations as the company grows.
Brand Management: Shape and manage the brand voice, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across all channels. Drive awareness, credibility, and a strong community around the brand.
Community Growth & Engagement: Lead initiatives to grow and engage our crypto and gaming communities across various platforms (Discord, Twitter, Twitch, etc.).
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse market trends, user behaviour, and campaign performance to refine strategies. Make data-driven decisions that maximise ROI and scale effectively.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, content creators, and platforms in the crypto and gaming spaces to drive growth and credibility.
Content Strategy: Develop compelling, authentic content strategies that resonate with the target audience. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, ad campaigns, blogs, and more.
Token and Ecosystem Promotion: Lead efforts to promote in-game token use, NFT drops, and blockchain integrations as key differentiators in the market.
We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer with: 

Experience in Crypto & iGaming: extensive experience in marketing, in a leadership role. Experience in crypto/blockchain, NFTs, iGaming, or a related tech industry is required.
Team Leadership: Proven track record of building and managing successful marketing teams in a fast-paced startup environment
Visionary Leadership: Ability to see the big picture while also executing day-to-day tasks with precision and creativity.
Community Builder: Strong experience in building and engaging online communities, particularly in the iGaming or ideally the crypto space.
Data-Driven: Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and performance marketing.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Startup mindset, capable of working with limited resources and adapting quickly to market changes.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
Passion for Gaming and Crypto: A genuine enthusiasm for gaming, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology is essential.
