Job Title: Global Financial Markets Administrator
Location: Southam, Warwickshire (Fully office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

You'll join a highly respected business providing tailored global investment fund administration services. Our clients operate in the global financial services arena, offering specialised investment fund formation services to traders, banks, brokers, and legal firms. They establish and administer investment funds across a diverse range of financial assets—from traditional asset classes (equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodity futures, and derivative products) to more exotic instruments such as crypto currencies.
What you'll do as a Global Financial Markets Administrator:
You will enjoy a varied and engaging role, including:

  • Handling essential documentation and administrative tasks associated with global financial markets, specifically relating to the administration of investment funds.
  • Conducting thorough client onboarding and compliance procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices.
  • Maintaining detailed and confidential client records.
  • Building strong professional relationships through direct communication with clients, investment managers, brokers, lawyers, and auditors, providing a professional and responsive service.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Using initiative and enthusiasm to support a variety of tasks within a fast-paced environment.
    What We're Looking For:
  • A graduate who is organised, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed or an experienced Administrator seeking greater responsibility and rewards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will communicate regularly with professionals including investment managers, brokers, banks, legal firms, auditors, and financial institutions operating in the global financial environment.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience from a relevant internship or a fast-paced work environment would be advantageous, though not essential.
