gap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Handyman to work at their facility based near Sefton
Performance Objectives

Painting and decorating inside and outside of the buildings.
Plumbing duties as required in toilets, wash stations and showers.
Internal and External maintenance and repair work
Flooring issues and painting floors
General cleaning in and around the site
Sweeping and jet washing the yards including the Loading Bays and car park
Rectify pest control issues
Clearing and cleaning of the low risk sealed area (Red Floor) including walls, floors and surfaces
Clearing of weeds and debris around the perimeter of the building
Assisting with moving machinery, furniture and/or stores around the factory
External lighting and signage maintenance
Ensure any security concerns are flagged and rectified
Carry out any external health and safety actions
Gritting and snow/ice removal in winter
Other reasonable tasks as agreed with the Engineering ManagerPerson Specification
