This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and high‑quality delivery of all marketing initiatives and providing clear, actionable insights through robust reporting.

Process Owner & Marketing Governance

  • Architect and enforce the full end‑to‑end process—from campaign brief to creative, website and landing pages, through compliance, and finally to launch.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, SLAs, and approval workflows covering creative assets, tracking, and wireframes.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies tailored for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective tracking of progress, roadblocks, and dependencies.
  • Establish clear accountability frameworks for each stage of the marketing delivery pipeline, from ideation to post‑campaign analysis and retrospective review.

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, creating dashboards and presentations that highlight key trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation and improvement.

Website, SEO & UX Flow

  • Own the operational delivery and performance of all web assets, landing pages, and SEO deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Product, Dev, and Design teams to optimise conversion flows, A/B test pages, and ensure pixel‑perfect execution.

Compliance & Approval Workflows

  • Act as the marketing compliance gatekeeper, working with legal teams to ensure timely approvals and audit‑readiness across all regulated markets (FCA, CySEC, DFSA, ASIC, etc.).
  • Build pre‑approval and post‑review frameworks for all global campaigns.
  • Oversee the full tracking infrastructure: pixels, UTM governance, GA4, attribution tools.
  • Manage the martech stack and ensure system health across CRM, CMS, and data pipelines.
  • Set up automated dashboards and reporting flows to enable real‑time, accessible visibility for senior leadership, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across all marketing efforts.

Cross‑Functional Enablement

  • Coordinate with creative, design, product, engineering, compliance/legal, and finance for seamless execution and accountability.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing program management, ideally within forex, crypto, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimise reporting frameworks that provide clear, actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
  • Deep understanding of campaign orchestration, digital performance metrics, and web UX.
  • Experience in compliance‑led marketing with strong familiarity with regulated financial jurisdictions.
  • Process mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and enforce team accountability.
  • Strong leadership skills—confident managing senior marketers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management software/methodologies for tracking marketing projects.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Tableau, Segment, Figma, JIRA, etc.

The speculative crypto boom years have cooled, some Web3 companies have downsized or disappeared, & yet demand for serious blockchain talent remains strong – especially where real-world utility, regulation & enterprise adoption meet. Tokenisation of real-world assets, regulated digital securities, central bank digital currency (CBDC) pilots, on-chain compliance tools & enterprise blockchain platforms are all moving from experiment to implementation. At the same time, hiring is more selective, funding is more cautious, & the bar for blockchain roles has risen. Whether you are a blockchain job seeker planning your next move, or a recruiter trying to build credible Web3 or enterprise blockchain teams, understanding the key blockchain hiring trends for 2026 will help you stay ahead. This guide mirrors the structure of the AI & biotech articles & is written with SEO in mind for both job seekers & recruiters searching for terms like “blockchain hiring trends 2026”, “Web3 recruitment UK”, “blockchain jobs in the UK” & “crypto careers 2026”.

Why Blockchain Careers in the UK Are Becoming More Multidisciplinary

Blockchain was once a niche technology, associated mostly with Bitcoin & cryptocurrency trading. In the UK today, it’s become a mainstream enabler of decentralised finance, supply chain traceability, identity management, health data sharing & even cultural products like NFTs. As blockchain matures, careers in the sector are expanding beyond developers & cryptographers. A blockchain project doesn’t just need people who can write smart contracts or design consensus mechanisms. It needs lawyers who understand regulation, ethicists who anticipate harm, psychologists who study user behaviour, linguists who simplify complex communication, and designers who build usable, trustworthy interfaces. In this article, we’ll explore why UK blockchain careers are becoming more multidisciplinary, how law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design shape the sector, and what job-seekers & employers must do to thrive.
