A young and growing crypto iGaming startup that’s redefining the future of gaming with blockchain technology and decentralised economies is looking for a Head of VIP. 

As a startup, you will create, own and execute the strategy, attracting and managing a portfolio of high-value crypto players across multiple regions. You’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities to boost lifetime value, and delivering tailored campaigns and rewards to ensure elite customer satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities of the Head of VIP – Crypto

Player Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong personal relationships with top-tier customers, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction levels.
VIP Program Strategy & Execution – Design and optimise the VIP experience – from onboarding to personalised promotions, exclusive events, and retention initiatives.
Data-Driven Personalisation – Use player data and behavioural analytics to segment users, track activity, and anticipate needs – delivering relevant, real-time value.
Issue Resolution & Support – Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Collaboration – Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and support teams to align on VIP goals, campaigns, and service improvements.
Reporting & KPIs – Track key metrics including retention rate, lifetime value (LTV), average revenue per user (ARPU), churn.
Skills and capabilities of the Head of VIP – Crypto

Ability to set up a VIP department from scratch for Crypto VIPs
Proven strong experience in a VIP or Account Manager role in the Crypto sector
Crypto & Web3 Knowledge – Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystems; able to speak the language of Web3-native players.
High Emotional Intelligence – Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and the ability to connect with players from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Analytical Mindset – Experience using CRM tools, player segmentation, and analytics platforms to inform decision-making.
Communication Excellence – Fluent written and verbal English (additional languages a bonus). Clear, persuasive, and confident communicator.
Flexible & Resilient – Comfortable working in a high-paced, remote startup environment. Willing to work non-standard hours (VIPs never sleep!).
Nice to have

Previous experience in a crypto casino or Web3 gaming platform
Existing network of high-rollers or affiliate connections
Fluency in additional languages
