A leading global crypto market maker operating across major digital asset exchanges is searching for strong junior Rust engineers to join their trading desk. The firm provides deep liquidity and efficient pricing through cutting-edge technology in a fast-moving, highly quantitative environment.


We're seeking a Junior Rust Developer to join its front-office technology team in London. The successful candidate will work on low-latency, high-performance systems that directly support 24/7 trading operations, collaborating closely with senior engineers and trading stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance peripheral applications and user interfaces using Rust and .NET
  • Contribute to end-to-end application development from requirements to production support
  • Collaborate within an international, agile team to design and implement system improvements
  • Investigate and apply new technologies and industry best practices
  • Provide production support for critical trading systems


Required Skillset

  • 1–3 years of relevant development experience in a Linux environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Rust (essential)
  • Proven interest in low-latency systems and performance optimisation
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in financial markets and blockchain technologies
