What We Are Recruiting For

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic DSPs to drive high-impact acquisition and retention campaigns in the iGaming and crypto casino space. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experienced in gambling ad strategies, and adept at navigating ad policy restrictions to maximise FTDs, CPA, ROAS, and LTV in high-growth and emerging markets.

What You Will Be Doing?

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Programmatic, and PPC.

  • Manage acquisition and retention strategies, driving FTD growth and reactivation efforts.

  • Maximise gambling ad approvals by implementing strategic advertising tactics.

  • Optimise Programmatic DSPs and traffic sources to enhance user acquisition.

  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve campaign performance.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies using first-party data and automation tools.

  • Collaborate with compliance teams to navigate advertising restrictions effectively.

  • Analyse and report on key campaign metrics, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.

    What You Will Bring To The Party?

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in gambling, sportsbook, or crypto.

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Programmatic DSPs.

  • Hands-on experience with Twitter (X), PPC, and alternative acquisition channels.
