A highly regarded, award-winning ME Engineering Contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors, is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Planning Manager for a high-profile Data Centre project in Belgium.
With turnover hitting £1 Billion, it is a very exciting opportunity for a Planning Manager looking to join a forward-thinking business with ambitious growth plans.
On offer is a competitive salary + travel + bonus + pension & healthcare. The Data Centre infrastructure is booming in the current climate, which guarantees work for the coming years.
Planning Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a project or portfolio of projects (regional/sectoral)
  • Responsible for all aspects of planning, as defined by the Planning SOP
  • Reporting to the Planning Department
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocation plans using Primavera P6.
  • Support the Operations Manager to develop best-in-class project controls, tools, and reports.
  • Lead the planning team to work with Project Managers to produce and maintain detailed project plans.
  • Provide technical guidance on civil engineering matters to the wider project team.
    Planning Manager Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of CSA, Mechanical and Electrical Systems and ideally Main Contracting Data Centre experience
  • Extensive experience in developing and maintaining project programs
  • Knowledge of planning and project controls methodologies (i.e. collaborative planning, EVM, short-term planning).
  • Previous construction and engineering experience within the Mission Critical industry, ideally in a Data Centre
