As Production Test Engineer you will:



Test and fault find to component level, including environmental testing.

Work with the test team on a wide variety of products at PCB, Sub Assembly, General Assembly, and System Levels.

Conduct testing & record results accurately ensuring product meets the test schedule parameters prior to delivery.

Assist with the resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*

Test and fault find to component level, including environmental testing.

*

Work with the test team on a wide variety of products at PCB, Sub Assembly, General Assembly, and System Levels.

*

Conduct testing & record results accurately ensuring product meets the test schedule parameters prior to delivery.

*

Assist with the resolution of technical issues.

*

Experience of testing complex RF and digital PCB modules and microprocessor based equipment, ideally in a military/defence based organisation or similar environment.

*

Use of both bench test equipment and automated test equipment.

*

Be qualified to at least OND/ONC standard in Electronic engineering or equivalent.

*

Be able to communicate accurately on technical issues with internal customers both written and verbal.

*

Be computer literate.

Due to the nature of the programs we deliver for our customers, candidates may need to obtain the relevant security clearance or handle export-controlled material as defined by the role's requirements.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain SC level security clearance.
