Project Controller
Location: Bolton
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £64,000, depending on your experience.
Due to continued and sustained growth, we are recruiting for a Project Controller to join a leading global engineering organisation, where you will play an integral role in the successful delivery of complex programmes critical to ensuring the safety and security of the UK.
The Project Controller Role:
As a vital member of the Project Control function, you will thrive in a collaborative and encouraging environment designed to foster your professional growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Validation of Project assessments and identification of issues and risks.
  • Steering the validation of Project level schedules.
  • Leading the generation of the Integrated Baseline schedule.
  • Validation of Project level costs and assessment of forecasts to support Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Leading Schedule Risk Analysis across Projects.
  • Active involvement in Bid Team activity.
    About You:
    The ideal Project Controller will possess:
  • Extensive planning experience and capability in project structures.
  • Experience working on complex projects, ideally from an engineering/manufacturing background
  • Proficiency in project performance data analysis.
  • Ability to perform and analyse SRA/Critical Path Analysis/EVM
  • Experience with Project Management Toolsets (SAP/ARM/Primavera/Oracle Unifier).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.
