We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Reporting Manager to join us within the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), supporting the Marine and Tunnels section of the Sizewell C project - a landmark low-carbon energy development that will power around 6 million homes for at least 60 years.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in the heart of one of the UK’s most complex and high-profile infrastructure programmes. As Reporting Manager, I’ll be relying on your expertise to deliver high-quality, transparent reporting that informs strategic decision-making across our internal and external stakeholders - from the CWA leadership to the UK Government.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading the end-to-end reporting process for the Marine and Tunnels section, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with programme controls.

Developing and implementing reporting standards, tools, and processes that support transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Producing executive-level reporting packs and narrative insights that go beyond the data to tell the story of project performance, progress, and risk.

Collaborating with stakeholders across PMO, Planning, Commercial, Digital Engineering and IT to ensure reporting integrates fully with project control systems and coding structures (WBS, CBS, OBS).

Acting as the key interface between functional teams and senior stakeholders for all project reporting, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.

Supporting the implementation of Power BI dashboards and digital reporting tools that provide real-time visibility and decision-making support.

Championing health, safety, environmental and nuclear safety principles in all reporting, ensuring the SZC values are fully embedded in performance tracking.

You’ll bring to the role:

At least 5 years’ experience in reporting, planning, or project controls within a major infrastructure environment - preferably in civils, nuclear, or energy.

A strong grasp of project management frameworks, Earned Value Management (EVM), and integrated reporting methodologies.

Experience preparing reports for executive-level stakeholders with a focus on clarity, structure, and insight.

Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools, alongside familiarity with planning software such as Primavera P6 or equivalent.

A working understanding of construction practices and infrastructure delivery, enabling meaningful engagement with engineering and delivery teams.

Strong communication skills - able to distil complex data into messages that resonate across technical and non-technical audiences.

A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust quickly, anticipate stakeholder needs, and navigate a multi-partner alliance environment.

We’re building something that truly matters at Sizewell C - and at CWA, we’re doing it together. If you’re ready to lead reporting that drives performance, transparency, and accountability at the heart of a nationally critical project, we want to hear from you.

Whether you want to architect smart-contract protocols, audit crypto-asset compliance or explore token-based governance models, the UK now offers a campus (and a curriculum) to match. This guide rounds up the ten universities leading that charge in 2025, explains what makes each programme unique, and shows you how to turn an academic credential into a Web3 career. Let’s dive in.
