A Series B, high-growth SaaS platform delivering institutional-grade blockchain analytics is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer. Often referred to as the Bloomberg for crypto, this company provides AI-powered insights to help clients discover opportunities, perform due diligence, and protect portfolios. They’re scaling their AI capabilities and need a hands-on engineer to design, implement, and integrate ML models directly into their product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale AI/ML models to process complex blockchain datasets
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to embed models into the platform
  • Apply the latest AI/LLM approaches to solve challenging problems
  • Maintain high DS/ML standards (EDA, validation, tracking)
  • Mentor and guide best practices in AI/ML development


Key Details:

  • Salary: $130–150k base (paid in GBP) + equity (4y vest, 1y cliff) + performance bonus
  • Location: Fully remote, EMEA-friendly time zones
  • Stack: Python, GCP, TensorFlow/PyTorch, LLM APIs
  • Visa: Cannot sponsor


Requirements:

  • 3–6+ years DS/ML experience
  • Strong Python & applied ML skills; end-to-end ML lifecycle experience
  • Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tools and eagerness to experiment
  • Interest in crypto/blockchain (commercial experience a plus)
  • Startup/product-focused background preferred; consultancy-heavy backgrounds won't be a fit
