How to Find Mentors, Build Industry Connections, and Position Yourself for Success in the Decentralised Future Introduction Blockchain technology has captured the global imagination over the past decade, promising an entirely new paradigm in how we transfer value, manage data, and build trustless systems. Once closely associated solely with cryptocurrencies, blockchain has evolved into a sophisticated ecosystem that powers decentralised finance (DeFi), supply chain traceability, gaming platforms, digital identities, and much more. A common stumbling block is the gap between theoretical knowledge (gained from courses, personal study, or online resources) and the practical expertise that employers want to see. That’s where shadowing and mentorship come in.
