As Senior Product Owner, you will drive the end-to-end development of crypto products that bridge traditional and decentralized finance. You will identify opportunities in the evolving crypto landscape and translate them into user-centric solutions. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of DeFi and the ability to make complex concepts accessible to mainstream financial users.

What We Are Looking For

  • STEM degree
  • 5+ years of product building experience with a track record of successfully launching new products
  • A data-driven mindset with SQL proficiency is a must
  • Have a strong technical foundation and proven experience collaborating with engineering teams to deliver complex technical products from concept to launch
  • Ruthless prioritisation skills and incredibly organised, a project management pro
  • Ability to solve complex problems elegantly, with strong judgment on when to move fast with a hacky solution versus when to prioritize precision and attention to detail
  • Stay up-to-date and hands-on with emerging research and industry trends
  • Team players: Credit the team & Blame no-one

What you'll be working on

  • Lead 0-to-1 product development from initial research through prototyping to successful product launches
  • Build cost-effective MVPs and prototypes to validate product-market fit, while developing refining existing products for optimal UX
  • Support cross-functional teams with strategic insights and execution guidance while optimizing development workflows for efficiency and scalability
  • Implement and propose data-driven solutions, and continuously iterate for maximum market impact
