The Role
This is a newly created senior individual contributor role that will put you at the heart of the company’s expansion into Media, Entertainment & Sport.
You won’t just be closing deals, you’ll be shaping strategy, guiding C-suite conversations, and building long-term partnerships that underpin the company’s global growth story.
Working alongside industry specialists and technical experts, you will:
- Lead consultative engagements to uncover client challenges and co-create innovative blockchain solutions.
- Shape go-to-market strategies that open up new industries and regions.
- Translate complex opportunities into commercially valuable agreements.
- Build enduring client relationships that scale over time and deliver measurable impact.

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Significant B2B consultative sales or business development experience within Media, Entertainment, or Sport.
- Strong track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex, high-value deals.
Skills
- Credible and confident engaging with C-suite decision-makers.
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to translate opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Well-networked within the target verticals to accelerate market entry.
Mindset
· Entrepreneurial, curious, and proactive.
· Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
· Interested in technology and digitalisation (blockchain knowledge welcome but not essential).
