Due to further growth an award winning pensions consultancy have a new job working from their Glasgow office but provide flexible and hybrid working along with outstanding employee benefits. They are recruiting for a Pensions manager with experience in DB to work at the forefront of the team.

This job being available is due to new business wins and the successful applicant will be in a role in charge of a number of DB pension administrators and seniors, providing guidance and coaching and delegating workloads accordingly. Additionally if you wish you could be involved with managing highly important projects for the team. Previous technical defined benefit pensions experience is essential, in addition to experience in client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure these projects are overseen in a compliant manner.

Technical knowledge of cradle to grave pensions administration is required, either worked as a team leader or manager with a thorough understanding of scheme rules and current legislation. The position is working would offer someone with in depth knowledge of the defined benefit market and their qualifications to take full ownership and play a significant part in the success of the team.

An excellent basic salary is on offer for the successful candidate, plus a fantastic benefits package. You will be joining a growing company, with long term opportunities in successful, close knit team in Glasgow but part of a national set up.
