What’s the role?

Elliptic is looking for a Product Designer to join our product-engineering organisation who believes in a customer-needs-centric approach to product development. We believe that the fastest route to great products is to involve our customers in every stage of the process, listen to them with empathy, enabling us to fail quickly and cheaply, so that we can afford to fail and learn often.

We want someone passionate about creating parts of a product suite customers love using by delighting them with tools designed to be simple to use, intuitive to learn and enable them to make powerful decisions for their business.

We believe that the most innovative solutions arise from empowered and diverse cross-functional teams who are focused on creative problem-solving together.

What will you do?

  • Join a cross-functional team and work in step with product people, engineers and the wider company to solve highly valued problems in the crypto industry.

  • Work alongside product to identify the right solution to client challenges

  • Validate and refine designs through user research and testing, iterating based on what you learn to deliver experiences that work for our users and drive business outcomes.

  • Be a part of our design team, working towards the best product experience, collaborating on a consistent design system and design principles, systematically capturing and sharing what you’ve learnt and supporting each other, and progress by quickly giving and receiving feedback.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and prepare high-fidelity, specified UI designs supporting the engineers during implementation.

  • Learn an exciting new industry and become an expert in it quickly by collaborating with a team with deep domain understanding.

What impact will you make?

  • Be fully leading your design space with your cross-functional team.

  • Be end to end part of the research, design, build lifecycle, bringing to life solutions that solve meaningful problems for Elliptic’s customers.

  • Set the standard and shape how Product design practice happens at Elliptic with the support of your Design Lead, and in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineering

  • Contribute to roadmap prioritisation, championing (amongst other things) problem & opportunity validation and customer experience improvements

You will be a great fit here if you:

  • Care about asking great questions

  • Have an innate and insatiable curiosity and are keen to learn lots of new skills in design and research

  • Have a pragmatic approach to finding the balance between the ideal and the possible

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has spent a few years embedded in cross-functional product teams, ideally designing and building B2B SaaS products, and has made some mistakes along the way.
Mistakes that you are not worried to show us!

  • Is resident in the UK within commutable distance to London. We’re a hybrid team, and we love to get our teams together twice a week for some collaboration, discussions and the chance to eat together! We believe this balance of some regular facetime together but mostly remote gives our team the best of both worlds.

Bonus Points for:

  • HODL Crypto

  • Worked in a finance or compliance space

Where to Advertise Blockchain Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising blockchain jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is global in outlook but concentrated in specific communities — protocol engineers, smart contract developers, DeFi specialists and Web3 product leaders who move between roles through networks and community channels as much as traditional job boards. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that blockchain professionals expect. Specialist platforms, crypto-native communities and targeted outreach each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by BlockchainJobs.uk, covers where to advertise blockchain roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

New Blockchain Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Driving Web3 Careers

The blockchain and Web3 job market in the UK is evolving rapidly. After a period of volatility, the sector has entered a more mature phase—defined by institutional investment, real-world use cases, and infrastructure-led growth. For candidates exploring opportunities on BlockchainJobs.uk, the key shift is clear: the most exciting employers are no longer speculative crypto startups, but well-funded companies building the future of finance, payments, and digital assets. In this article, we explore the new blockchain employers to watch in 2026, focusing on companies that have recently raised funding, secured major contracts, or expanded into the UK market.

How Many Blockchain Tools Do You Need to Know to Get a Blockchain Job?

If you are navigating the blockchain job market, it can feel like you need to master an entire tech stack before you’re even ready to apply. One job advert mentions Solidity, another talks about Hyperledger Fabric, another lists MetaMask, Hardhat, Git, Truffle, and Web3.js — and that’s before you scroll past three LinkedIn posts about “top blockchain skills for 2026.” It’s no wonder job seekers feel overwhelmed. But here’s the honest truth that many hiring managers quietly agree on: 👉 You don’t need to know every blockchain tool to get hired. 👉 You need to know the right ones for the role you’re targeting — and how to use them to solve real problems. Tools matter, but context and capability matter more. This guide breaks down exactly how many blockchain tools you need to learn, which ones matter for specific roles, and how to position what you know so hiring managers take notice.
