The impact you will have

Cryptocurrency is reshaping global finance, and Elliptic sits at the center of making it safe. Our solutions screen over $1 billion in transactions every week for some of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges, financial institutions, and government agencies, helping prevent financial crime and letting digital assets be used for good.

We're hiring Product Managers to shape what comes next. We have several product areas opening up, spanning real-time risk, investigations, intelligence, and platform, and we're hiring across seniority levels. Whether you have two years of product experience or ten, come talk to us. We'll shape the role around the right area and the right level of scope for you. What's consistent across all of them: you'll define the vision and roadmap for your area, work alongside some of the most influential names in crypto, financial services, and government, and translate genuinely hard problems into elegant product solutions.

If you're an analytical thinker with commercial instincts and a real curiosity about crypto and technology, read on.

What you will do

  • Define, own, and evolve the product roadmap for your area, setting a clear vision and prioritising ruthlessly to maximise customer and business impact.

  • Stay ahead of the evolving regulatory, threat, and technology landscape, bringing outside-in thinking so Elliptic's products stay ahead of the curve and customers can act on emerging threats as they unfold.

  • Work closely with customers and prospective customers to understand their objectives and pain points, turning insight into compelling product direction.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to break down complex technical challenges, navigate trade-offs, and ship scalable, high-quality solutions.

  • Develop deep expertise in Elliptic's products, datasets, and the blockchain analytics ecosystem, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted ambassador with both internal and external audiences.

  • Partner with Marketing to plan go-to-market strategies and support Sales and Customer teams during key prospect and customer engagements.

  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback post-launch, using analytics and usage data to continuously refine features, enhance user value, and drive iteration.

You’ll be great here if you:

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a burning desire to grow Elliptic and help us succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

  • Are highly curious about technology and crypto, and enthusiastic about spending time with customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Communicate with clarity, capable of making technically complex concepts digestible for audiences with varying levels of expertise.

  • Are technically minded and enjoy delving into the details of data, systems, and technology.

  • Are AI-native in how you work. You use AI to sharpen your thinking, move faster, and build better products, and you expect the same from the teams around you.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Product Management experience in a technical or data-intensive environment, with scope and depth that matches the level you're applying for. We're open to candidates earlier in their career who have moved fast and shipped real impact, as well as senior PMs who have led significant product areas end to end.

  • Experience shipping B2B products in domains where the stakes are real, like financial services, intelligence (public or private sector), or adjacent fields tackling financial crime, fraud, compliance, or security. Crypto experience is welcome but not required, and deep expertise in any of these areas is a strong plus at the more senior end.

  • Comfort working with large datasets and complex engineering systems, whether that's through hands-on product work, an analytical background, or technical experience earlier in your career.

  • A track record of building product direction from multiple inputs: close work with enterprise customers, original research, and a habit of going deep on the industry to spot what's coming next.

Where to Advertise Blockchain Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise blockchain jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, communities and channels that reach Web3, smart contract and protocol engineers. The candidate pool is global in outlook but concentrated in specific communities — protocol engineers, smart contract developers, DeFi specialists and Web3 product leaders who move between roles through networks and community channels as much as traditional job boards. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that blockchain professionals expect. Specialist platforms, crypto-native communities and targeted outreach each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by BlockchainJobs.uk, covers where to advertise blockchain roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.
