Join the 2026 Defined Contribution Pensions Investment Advisory Graduate Analyst Programme - Bristol role at Isio.

The programme is around 3 years long, with the goal of achieving a relevant professional qualification. You will be employed on a permanent basis from the start of your graduate role.

Qualifications you’ll work for: Charter holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification or equivalent.

Location: Bristol.

Entry requirements:

  • To apply, you need to have completed an undergraduate degree or higher level qualification by 1 September 2026 and achieved a 2.1 or higher.
  • We are open to applications from those studying any subject, but you will need strong mathematical skills and a keen interest in financial concepts.
  • We are not able to provide visa sponsorship for this position, so you will need to be able to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.

Working as a Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions Investment Advisory Graduate Analyst at Isio:

Our DC team provides investment consulting services to both trustees and sponsors of Defined Contribution pension schemes. As a graduate, you will have the chance to take the first step towards becoming an expert in your field, with strong communication skills and financial acumen.

You will build your experience and knowledge in:

  • Financial Modelling
  • Investment Performance Analysis
  • Capital Markets Views
  • Fund Manager Selection
  • Implementation and Transition Management
  • DC Provider Selection

As a Graduate Analyst working in DC Pensions Investment Advisory at Isio, you will get involved in:

  • Preparing and presenting DC pensions investment performance reports to clients.
  • Drafting DC pension investment reports on fund selection and default strategy reviews.
  • Researching DC pension providers, investment managers, and products.
  • Supporting DC pension provider reviews and analysing tender responses.
  • Dealing with client queries over the telephone and email.
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues throughout the department.

Training and Development:

You will study for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams or equivalent, with support from a study day allowance, tutorials, and a buddy system.
