Gap construction are proud to be representing a local, highly well-respected main contractor in their search for a distinguished Assistant Site Manager to assist the n01 site manager and work at their newest site in Central Hertfordshire. The client is based in Bishops Stortford and operate in multiple sectors including commercial, mixed use and office refurbishment and tend to work within a 1-hour radius from Bishops Stortford.

Performance Objectives

Working closely with the project manager to deliver the project within the deadline and to understand the full life cycle of the project.
Ensuring all the health, safety and environmental measures are met.
Ensuring all the projects are built to the highest standard of quality and contribute to a high standard of overall presentation site.
To effectively help to control and learn about all site-based activities with knowledge of development requirements, company procedures and requirements.
Ordering equipment and materials. Organising their use and personnel involved

Experience of high-quality housing/property construction. Although lesser experienced individuals will be considered, salary dependant.
