Registered OFSTED Manager – Heckmondwike - Up to £55,000
Location: Heckmondwike
Salary: £42,000 – £55,000 per annum

Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee a newly launched 16+ leaving care supported accommodation service in the Heckmondwike area. You’ll be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and person-centred support for young people, while managing day-to-day operations and a team of dedicated support staff.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for compliance, safeguarding, care planning, team development, and multi-agency partnership working.

Key Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years' senior or management experience in supported accommodation or similar setting
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant care legislation
Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills
