Responsibilities
DeFi Research

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential investment opportunities
  • Identify new protocols and liaise with them to evaluate risks & opportunities
  • News collection and synthesis

Portfolio Management

  • Review technical requirements for new chains, platforms and vaults
  • Manage asset issuer relationships (follow ups, changes to contracts, new rewards)

Ops & Risk Monitoring

  • Compile weekly and monthly funds and client performance reports and presentations
  • Monitor performance dashboards across the portfolio; escalate anomalies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ professional experience with at least 2 in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, hedge funds etc) plus demonstrable interest in DeFi
  • Familiarity with major L1/L2 ecosystems and basic on-chain interactions (wallet, DEX swap, lending deposit)
  • Entrepreneurial & commercial mindset
  • Dynamic and able to consistently move at a lightning-fast pace
  • Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • University graduate
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts and ideas
