Innotech Partners are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Electrical Support Engineer to join a growing team working on commercial electrical installation projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on electrical work, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about building their career within a skilled and supportive site-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of high-quality commercial electrical installations alongside senior electricians and project teams.
Support coordination between electrical and mechanical teams for effective cable routing, containment, and sealing.
Be active on-site, contributing to the setup, installation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
Communicate issues clearly and escalate site-specific challenges to team leads and project managers.
Promote safety, quality, and industry best practices in all aspects of work.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Participate in site meetings, toolbox talks, and contribute to ongoing risk management and improvement discussions.What We're Looking For

Experience as an electrical improver or support electrician.
Eagerness to grow and develop within the electrical trade.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to raise technical concerns when needed.
A hands-on approach with strong motivation, reliability, and professionalism.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home nationwide as required.
Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and a basic toolset.Minimum Requirements

ECS Electrical Labourer Card
Level 2 Electrical Installations (Buildings & Structures) - C&G or EAL
Level 3 Electrical Installations (Buildings & Structures) - C&G or EALDesirable Qualifications (Not Essential)

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations
AM2 Assessment
City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395 or EAL Equivalent
PV Installation Course (C&G/BPEC/EAL)
EV Charging Installation Course (C&G/EAL)
