Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Global Community & Engagement Manager to join a pioneering blockchain organisation. Based in London, this role is perfect for someone passionate about Web3, digital communities, and global engagement. The successful candidate will lead the growth and activation of a thriving international community, acting as a vital link between users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute community strategies that drive engagement, retention, and growth across digital platforms.

Lead and expand communities on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other relevant networks.

Represent community interests to internal teams and ensure feedback informs product and marketing strategies.

Host and coordinate online and offline events, including AMAs, webinars, and in-person meetups.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and impactful messaging.

Track and analyse engagement metrics to optimise community initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Immediate availability is essential.

Strong understanding and enthusiasm for the Web3 ecosystem and its communities.

5+ years of experience managing global, remote community teams in the Web3 space.

Proficient in managing platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Telegram, and Twitter.

Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.

Skilled in interpreting community data and translating insights into action.

A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for meaningful engagement.

Salary

£85,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
