Job description: Develop and iterate high-frequency trading strategies with focus on Forex and Crypto / OTC. Build and optimize predictive models and signals for execution, hedging, and post-trade analysis. Own the forex trading pipeline — from rate tracking, market making logic, to monitoring and deployment. Collaborate on improving fiat hedging, exotic currency flows, and OTC settlement logic. Analyze market microstructure and execution performance to improve Sharpe and reduce slippage. Help evolve asset allocation logic.
