Job Title: Lead Project Controller

Location: Barrow-in-Furness – we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: From £45,628 – depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

Working in a small close nit team, with senior management, CAMs, PMs and Engineering staff and the larger programme PMO

Performing advanced project Earned Value & Reporting

Undertaking advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience

Leading the PM&C processes on a small project or a work package of a larger project

Identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, interpretation and reporting of EV data

Estimation compilations including basis of estimate and profiling

Working with all levels of management and staff

Microsoft Excel

Desirable

In-Year Financial Management analysis and reporting

Primavera P6 Scheduling tool

SAP Data Analytics

The Project Control team:

This is a role for an experienced project professional with a small team and the ability to deliver with limited guidance from the Line Manager. You will be a team player working on the Dreadnought Programme in the Platform Complex Systems (PCS) Project Control team. There will be opportunities to work in other areas within the business as well as developing your skills in Risk Scheduling and Project Management.

We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
