Trident Search has been exclusively retained to identify a Regional Vice President to lead private-sector commercial strategy across EMEA and APAC for a high-growth, mission-driven technology firm operating at the forefront of blockchain and digital asset intelligence.


This is a rare opportunity to own a ~$10M revenue portfolio, manage a high-performing team, and shape regional go-to-market strategy in one of the most dynamic sectors in finance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead private-sector sales across EMEA and APAC, managing direct revenue and account growth
  • Oversee and mentor a distributed team of 4 Account Directors
  • Drive regional strategy, client engagement, and cross-functional alignment with global product and partnership teams
  • Represent the business in executive briefings, strategic partnerships, and industry forums


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Deep expertise in digital assets, blockchain, and institutional finance
  • Experience working in web3, crypto or blockchain focused startups.
  • Proven 1st line managerial experience in the space
  • Executive presence with strong stakeholder influence across banks, fintechs, and digital asset firms
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of regional growth execution
  • Well-connected across the financial institution ecosystem in EMEA and APAC


Compensation Range:

  • $420k-$475k (50/50 split) package + equity
