Overview
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to join a forward-thinking technology environment. Were looking for someone who combines a strong foundation in traditional on-premises infrastructure with deep Microsoft Azure expertise, capable of designing, implementing, and optimising hybrid and cloud-native solutions.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being a technical authority and trusted advisor, helping organisations modernise their infrastructure and drive cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable Azure-based infrastructure solutions across multiple environments.
Lead cloud transformation projects from discovery through to implementation and handover.
Collaborate with customers to define technical strategies, architecture standards, and future roadmaps.
Conduct assessments, migrations, and implementations within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Provide technical leadership and act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
Produce detailed documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Support pre-sales activities and assist with technical proposal development.

Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on Azure infrastructure and services.
Strong knowledge of:
Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, identity, and security.
Microsoft 365 (including Endpoint Management & Security).
Virtualisation (Hyper-V / VMware).
Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, NAT).
Demonstrable experience leading cloud migration and hybrid architecture projects.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Skills
Experience with Azure Site Recovery, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning.
Exposure to DevOps principles and automation.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
