Join our client as a Senior Project Controls Manager and take the lead on some of our most advanced defence and security projects.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead the charge on all things project controls—scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality. Your insights will guide strategic decisions across high-value programmes. Working closely with Project Managers and a team of controls professionals, you’ll turn data into action and keep delivery on track.

Your day-to-day:

  • Own project controls governance and performance baselines

  • Lead scheduling, cost, and risk management

  • Deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders and clients

  • Oversee EVM systems and risk analysis

  • Drive best practice across project controls and mentor your team

  • Act as deputy for Project Managers when needed

    What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in complex project/programme controls

  • Strong skills in planning, cost, risk, EVM & stakeholder management

  • Proficiency in tools like Primavera P6, MSP, SAP, RiskHive
