Overview

A global, proprietary trading firm, focused on crypto / digital assets, is creating a new trade support role for their expanding London office.

The role directly supports industry-leading crypto traders with a traditional trade support remit across trade bookings, settlements, P&L reporting and analysis, plus crypto-specific responsibilities such as setting up new models, tracking and reconciling fees, and managing blockchain architecture. There is also a strong project management focus, working with senior management and the trading desk to help build out the European crypto operations platform, often project-managing engineers that you sit with.

Responsibilities
  • Trade support across bookings, settlements, P&L reporting and analysis.
  • Crypto-specific duties including setting up new models, tracking and reconciling fees, and managing blockchain architecture.
  • Lead and manage projects with senior management and the trading desk to build out the European crypto operations platform; coordinate with engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 3–8 years of experience in operations / middle office.
  • Strong preference for crypto / digital assets expertise; however, candidates from hedge funds may be considered if they will receive internal training in months 0–6 to bring them up to speed.
  • Willingness to undergo internal training and develop crypto-specific capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

Compensation
