We are looking for 1–2 subcontractor profiles with niche skills in the Payments domain.

• JavaCard/HCE application development
• Cryptographic algorithms (3DES, AES, RSA, ECC)
• Global Platform card content & key management processes
• EMV Common Personalization Specification

• Key management principles
• Android/iOS development for payment processing
• Enterprise mobile application development experience

Note: This is a highly specialized role requiring strong expertise in JavaCard (not standard Java), EMV, and cryptography.
