The Role


OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives, Cryptocurrencies & CDS Trade Support Manager (AVP/ VP level)


Martis Search are representing a City of London based, but global Investment Bank (huge growth company) to hire a permanent “OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives & Cryptocurrencies Trade Support Manager.”


The role is based in London, sitting on their busy Trading floor and support mainly London, but also US Trading teams. The role is responsible to manage a team of “Trade Support Analysts.”


Our client is willing to look at two key options:


  1. An experienced OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives, Cryptocurrency, or CDS Trade Support Manager/ Supervisor/ Team-Leader) with a minimum of 2-years relevant Operations experience managing, or supervising a team (our client’s preference is for someone to have strong OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives Trade Support experience, but is also open to looking at someone who has strong Cryptocurrency Operations experience and who is willing to learn OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives).


Or


  1. An experienced ”Senior OTC Exotic Equity Derivatives Analyst”, or “Cryptocurrency Trade Support Analyst”, or “Exotic CDS Trade Support Analyst”,, who is looking for the next stage in their career and to progress into a supervisory managerial role.


Our client requires someone with extensive either “Exotic OTC Equity Derivatives Trade Support”, or “Cryptocurrency Trade Support” experience gained either from a reputable high volume trading Investment Bank, Brokerage, Prop Trader, Asset Manager, or Hedge Fund background.

The role be responsible for managing a team of Trade Supports based in London, but still also being hands-on with BAU Trade Support tasks, as well as leading high level change projects (as well as the BAU/ day-to-day Operations tasks and managing the team).


In our opinion, a truly outstanding role, also with great earning potential too, but also genuine career advancement within the organisation.

The chosen incumbent must be of graduate calibre and possess a minimum of a 2:1 in a numerate based/ STEM subject such as Mathematics, BSc in Economics, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Biology etc (but not limited to).


The role is 4-days in the office and x 1 day “working-from-home.”


Our client is looking for a highly-driven/ hard-working and resilient manager who is “career focussed.”


Salary

Between £80 k pa - £120 k pa dependent upon experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
