Benefits

Autonomy to deliver results Passionate colleagues Focused but fun environment Career growth opportunities

The Role

The Metals.io team at Trilitech is responsible for building and scaling Metals.io, a tokenised metals trading platform built on Tezos that gives investors faster, deeper, more flexible access to physical commodities. You'll focus on commercial growth: deepening user engagement, expanding share of wallet, and evolving the product into the venue that traders default to when they want exposure to tokenised metals.

If you enjoy working at the intersection of finance, crypto, and consumer product, are passionate about understanding how traders actually behave on a platform, and are commercially minded with a bias for experimentation, then you are the kind of person we are looking for.

Our Team

At Trilitech, we drive innovation in Web3 by empowering developers and creators to build pioneering solutions on the Tezos blockchain. Our expertise spans core blockchain development, decentralised applications, infrastructure tooling, developer experience, and incubation programs, with a strong focus on cultural projects, capital markets, and gaming. We're dedicated to redefining possibilities and setting new standards within the rapidly evolving blockchain space.

The Technology

Tezos is an open-source blockchain known for its flexibility, security, and unique self-evolving capabilities. With innovations like Etherlink — an EVM-compatible Layer 2 — Tezos is scaling rapidly and attracting a growing developer community. Its ecosystem supports diverse projects, from metals.io, a decentralised marketplace for tokenised uranium, gold and other rare metals , to leading digital art platforms like Objkt.com.

We encourage you to explore the Tezos website and follow us on Twitter & Discord to learn more about the project.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are proactive and resourceful — those who enjoy turning ideas into reality. You'll have plenty of autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one. Bring your curiosity, energy, and determination, and you'll play a key role in our growth journey.

If you're comfortable taking initiative, enjoy exploring new possibilities, and are passionate about crypto and working in a fast-paced environment, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap of Metals.io including setting the vision, prioritising, and shipping

  • Partner closely with marketing on go-to-market, positioning, and growth experimentation

  • Act as the voice of the customer, segmenting users, running research, and translating behavioural insight into a technical roadmap

  • Drive a data-led approach: define the metrics that matter, run experiments, and measure engagement, stickiness, and share of wallet

  • Articulate thewhy and thewhat clearly to engineering and design, trust them to own thehow but be prepare to challenge when you feel there isn’t alignment

  • Pre-empt commercial questions from senior leadership by framing technical decisions in business terms

  • Stay close to regulatory constraints and balance product engagement against them as the roadmap evolves (vaults, perpetuals, borrowing, etc.)

What You'll Need

  • Product Manager experience at a high-volume trading platform, centralised exchange or RWA marketplace

  • Full ownership of a meaningful feature set or product end-to-end 0 - 1+

  • Strong commercial acumen and be comfortable partnering with marketing, owning go-to-market, and running growth experiments

  • A genuine data-driven instinct, with experience in customer segmentation, user research, and roadmap prioritisation

  • Aptitude and curiosity to learn quickly, deeper aspects about Web3, tokenisation, and RWA can be taught

  • Based in a European or Middle Eastern time zone (UK, EU, or Dubai with flexed working hours)

Why You'll Love It
Join a fast-paced environment where you'll lead impactful initiatives. You’ll have autonomy to deliver results, supported by passionate colleagues in a focused but fun environment. We value ambition, creativity, and continuous learning—providing the ideal setting for career growth.

Our Principles:

  • Desire to Win: We strive for excellence and aim to be the best.

  • Sense of Urgency: Adaptability and decisive action keep us ahead.

  • Ownership Mindset: We lead by example, taking responsibility for outcomes.

  • Pragmatism: We focus on impactful results.

  • Communication: Transparency and collaboration are central.

  • Resourceful Approach: We maximise our resources for competitive advantage.

Where to Advertise Blockchain Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise blockchain jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, communities and channels that reach Web3, smart contract and protocol engineers. The candidate pool is global in outlook but concentrated in specific communities — protocol engineers, smart contract developers, DeFi specialists and Web3 product leaders who move between roles through networks and community channels as much as traditional job boards. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that blockchain professionals expect. Specialist platforms, crypto-native communities and targeted outreach each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by BlockchainJobs.uk, covers where to advertise blockchain roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Blockchain Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Blockchain Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the Web3, DeFi and tokenisation hiring trends shaping UK blockchain careers over the next three years. Blockchain is creating jobs in places nobody predicted three years ago. What began as infrastructure for cryptocurrency is now embedded in financial services, supply chain management, digital identity, healthcare records, and the emerging architecture of tokenised assets. The roles being hired for today bear little resemblance to the developer-heavy, crypto-native job adverts that defined the sector's early years. For job seekers, this is both the complexity and the opportunity of building a blockchain career in 2026. The sector has matured beyond its speculative phase and into serious institutional adoption — and that shift has fundamentally changed what employers are looking for, where the jobs are, and which skills command a premium. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years aren't necessarily those who got in earliest or who can recite the Bitcoin whitepaper from memory. They're the ones who understand where enterprise blockchain, decentralised finance, digital assets regulation, and Web3 infrastructure are heading — and who are building their skills accordingly. This article breaks down what the UK blockchain jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the next wave rather than behind it.
