About the Company

REMOTE - CET/ET

My client believes that a sound currency and functioning financial system should be basic human rights. Their mission is to help create an open, uncensorable financial system that is secure enough for billions of people to trust with their life savings. Traditional blockchain security reviews are a good start, but its not enough. That's why they provide protocols with state-of-the-art, incentive-aligned audit contests, bug bounties and smart contract coverage. And why they are putting so many resources behind AI security. They are the only security provider that includes a warranty after each audit. They are the leader in auditing, running more public audits than any other provider last year. The Ethereum Foundation, Aave, Optimism, Cosmos, MakerDAO (now Sky) and the biggest crypto teams in the world choose them for their security needs.

About the Role

We believe the blockchain security space is going to be fundamentally different in the next 6-24 months. Blockchain security is one of the areas of software that has experienced very little AI-related change in the last 2-3 years. We believe this is, in part, due to the novelty and complexity of blockchain exploits. As AI improves, we expect the blockchain security space to undergo massive change. We want to lead this change to disrupt our current business model. This is where we need your help. No one knows how effective AI can be in finding blockchain vulnerabilities. Few have put significant resources into this effort. Even fewer have worked with true AI and blockchain security experts on this problem. Our goal is to be the leader and pioneer in this area. We are looking for a senior Python developer with a strong track record shipping software products. This person has already proven themselves in production, brings a willingness to deep dive into the Solidity language and ecosystem, and works comfortably with LLMs in daily life. You have used LLMs in your workflow and have experimented with or even created AI products or applications. Take ownership of a core feature or process within our AI product, beginning with Solidity-focused workflows, and drive it end-to-end from design through production. We already has a rockstar team of developers and security researchers who can shore up your weaknesses in certain areas and ship a useful, production-ready application. And we are willing to invest deeply in your teams success, whatever it may require.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring production AI logs and results to identify failures, regressions, and opportunities for improvement (7x weight)
  • Designing and running experiments to improve parts of the AI, from prompts and retrieval to model and pipeline changes (7x weight)
  • Building and maintaining robust benchmarking to measure effectiveness and catch regressions (7x weight)
  • Working closely with our developers and researchers to stay aligned on goals and ship the right things (10x weight)
  • Deep diving into blockchain and smart contract vulnerabilities to design practical solutions (8x weight)
  • Staying current with practical advances in AI and LLMs that improve developer velocity and product quality (5x weight)
  • Staying current with Solidity language updates, tooling, and broader EVM ecosystem changes (5x weight)
Qualifications
  • Senior-level Python experience with a track record of shipping SaaS or software products to production
  • Daily use of LLMs and hands-on experience experimenting with or creating AI products or applications
  • Willingness to deep dive into the Solidity language and broader EVM ecosystem
Required Skills
  • Deep Python expertise and experience shipping SaaS or software products
  • Comfort using LLMs in your daily workflow
  • Willingness to deep dive into the Solidity language and ecosystem
Preferred Skills
  • Experience setting up benchmarking and monitoring for AI systems to measure effectiveness and catch regressions
  • Proficiency in Solidity and familiarity with EVM tooling such as Foundry or Hardhat
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, retrieval, and vector databases
Pay range and compensation package
  • Attractive base (payable in fiat or crypto) + material tokens/equity + benefits
  • Flexible time-off policy
  • Great healthcare
  • Multiple offsites each year in places like France, Argentina, Thailand, etc.
  • Lead the first team to apply AI to a massive, growing industry that has seen little AI disruption so far
  • Root access to the decision-making process/criteria in all areas and the ability to work directly with the founders
  • Move quickly and get stuff done on a small, elite team that has already made a big impact in the crypto space
  • Play a huge role in defining our future and accomplishing the goal of making crypto/DeFi accessible to everyone

Where to Advertise Blockchain Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising blockchain jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is global in outlook but concentrated in specific communities — protocol engineers, smart contract developers, DeFi specialists and Web3 product leaders who move between roles through networks and community channels as much as traditional job boards. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that blockchain professionals expect. Specialist platforms, crypto-native communities and targeted outreach each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by BlockchainJobs.uk, covers where to advertise blockchain roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.

Blockchain Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Blockchain is creating jobs in places nobody predicted three years ago. What began as infrastructure for cryptocurrency is now embedded in financial services, supply chain management, digital identity, healthcare records, and the emerging architecture of tokenised assets. The roles being hired for today bear little resemblance to the developer-heavy, crypto-native job adverts that defined the sector's early years. For job seekers, this is both the complexity and the opportunity of building a blockchain career in 2026. The sector has matured beyond its speculative phase and into serious institutional adoption — and that shift has fundamentally changed what employers are looking for, where the jobs are, and which skills command a premium. The candidates who will thrive over the next three years aren't necessarily those who got in earliest or who can recite the Bitcoin whitepaper from memory. They're the ones who understand where enterprise blockchain, decentralised finance, digital assets regulation, and Web3 infrastructure are heading — and who are building their skills accordingly. This article breaks down what the UK blockchain jobs market is likely to look like through to 2028 — covering the titles emerging right now, the technologies driving employer demand, the skills that will matter most, and how to position your career ahead of the next wave rather than behind it.

New Blockchain Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Driving Web3 Careers

The blockchain and Web3 job market in the UK is evolving rapidly. After a period of volatility, the sector has entered a more mature phase—defined by institutional investment, real-world use cases, and infrastructure-led growth. For candidates exploring opportunities on BlockchainJobs.uk, the key shift is clear: the most exciting employers are no longer speculative crypto startups, but well-funded companies building the future of finance, payments, and digital assets. In this article, we explore the new blockchain employers to watch in 2026, focusing on companies that have recently raised funding, secured major contracts, or expanded into the UK market.
