Are you an Electronic Design Engineer with experience of PCB design looking to join a global manufacturer of automatic electrical test systems for some of the world's best-known brands such as Boeing, Cobham and GE?

Do you want to work on exciting projects with a business offering excellent salary progression and industry leading training and development?

This company works with the world's best known aerospace brands and gives excellent training to develop and design new products and technologies. They design and manufacture automated test equipment for the aerospace, rail, oil and gas industries with over 30 years' experience in the testing field.

On offer is the chance to become a fundamental asset to the team. You will be involved in the design and development of new products and will work closely with customers to develop solutions that advance their manufacturing processes.

The Role:

Electronic Systems for measurement of voltage, current, resistance and impedance
Micro-electronics - Interfacing with PC and peripherals for the control of systems and measurement of units under test
Research and development of new measurement techniques and technology
Managing projects and multi-disciplinary development teams
Microcontroller design and integration with analogue measurement devices
Schematic Capture and PCB design using CAD tools
Analogue circuit design, including interfacing with DACs and ADCs, filtering and signal conditioning
Ethernet - knowledge of Layer 2 protocols and low-level interfaces.
Firmware development (Embedded 'C' programming for microcontrollers)The Person:
