Field Service Engineer - Commercial Coffee Machines
Location: Slough & High Wycombe Region
Salary: £33,440 basic + Overtime (paid at 1.5x)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00, Friday 08:30-16:00
No on-call rota or weekend work currently required

About the Role:

TXP is working on behalf of a leading provider of commercial coffee equipment to recruit Field Service Engineers for their growing UK service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality service and enjoy working in a dynamic, field-based environment.

You'll be responsible for servicing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of coffee machines across the Slough and High Wycombe area, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and supporting the company's service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend service calls, installations, and planned maintenance visits
Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
Maintain tools, IT equipment, and company vehicle in line with policy
Manage spare parts stock to ensure first-time fix rates
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Support business KPIs and service objectives
Build strong customer relationships and identify service or product opportunities
Stay up to date with product knowledge and diagnostics
Collaborate with colleagues and support team members when needed
Be flexible with travel for training or team coverageWhat We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a field service role, ideally within coffee or vending equipment
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Ability to work independently and as part of a responsive team
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalentBenefits:
