Join a prominent European digital asset manager as a Front-End Developer and contribute to enhancing internal trading and operations systems through innovative and efficient UX/UI design. This role focuses on transforming user workflows to create intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces for clients within the financial industry, including corporations, financial institutions, and individuals. You will be responsible for designing and implementing key features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing a web stack that includes React and AWS for cloud deployment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial systems or trading platforms, particularly in crypto or traditional finance. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the entire feature delivery process, from initial design to final deployment, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and performance goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to create seamless and high-performing trading experiences, while also continuously iterating on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.

The role requires the following technical skills:

React/JavaScript/TypeScript: Proven experience in front-end web development using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Websockets: Experience with WebSocket technology (ideally STOMP).
RESTful API: Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
AWS: Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more.
CI/CD Tools: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker.
UX/UI Design: Strong ability to analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
Additionally, familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), serverless architecture on AWS, security best practices in web development, and Agile/Scrum methodologies are highly desirable. Experience in designing complex data visualizations and dashboards is a plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive change within a fast-paced industry, combining technical expertise in front-end development with cloud deployment and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. If you have a solid foundation in React/JavaScript, a deep understanding of financial systems, and a strong interest in digital assets, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to an innovative and growing firm
