A young and growing crypto iGaming startup that’s redefining the future of gaming with blockchain technology and decentralised economies is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the team. Their mission is to create innovative, immersive experiences for players while integrating crypto in ways that push the envelope. As a young and dynamic team, they are looking for someone who knows how to navigate the high-stakes world of paid acquisition, crypto-native audiences, and the nuances of the gambling vertical.

Role Overview
As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and scale their global paid acquisition efforts across multiple channels, with a core focus on acquiring high-LTV players for our crypto gambling partners. This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role — perfect for someone who’s not afraid to get in the weeds, optimise well, and scale fast.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and lead paid acquisition strategies across channels: Google Ads (where possible), native, programmatic, display, pop-under, push, and Telegram/crypto-focused media buying
Identify and scale high-performing campaigns targeting crypto-native gambling audiences
Manage six-figure+ monthly ad budgets with a laser focus on CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Work closely with creative, landing page, and funnel optimisation teams to iterate quickly and drive conversions
Build and manage relationships with networks, affiliates, and third-party ad tech vendors
Run competitor research, market analysis, and campaign benchmarking
Track, analyse, and report on performance KPIs using visualisation platforms
Stay on top of trends in crypto, iGaming, ad fraud, and emerging acquisition channels (especially in Web3)
We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with:

Extensive experience in performance marketing, with experience in crypto, gambling, or high-risk verticals
Deep understanding of paid media buying in both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns profitably
Experience with native ad platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrain, other), programmatic, and crypto-specific channels (e.g., Coinzilla, Bitmedia)
Familiarity with compliance, ad cloaking, GEO targeting, and ad account risk mitigation in gambling verticals
Advanced analytics skills and experience working with conversion tracking, postback URLs, and affiliate platforms
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Nice to Have:

Experience working directly with or promoting crypto casinos / betting platforms
Understanding of on-chain analytics, wallets, and DeFi user behaviour
Strong network in the crypto and gambling ad space
What’s on Offer:

Competitive compensation + performance-based bonuses
Full ownership of your growth channel(s)
Opportunity to shape a growing team and scale acquisition globally
Freedom to test, fail, and scale fast — backed by a team that knows how to win

Top 10 UK Universities for Blockchain Degrees & Research (2025 Guide)

From the Bank of England’s digital-pound pilots to London start-ups raising eight-figure seed rounds, blockchain has moved from experimental proof-of-concept to core infrastructure across UK finance, supply-chain and creative industries. Venture funding for British Web3 companies topped £1 billion again in 2024, and recruiters now list Solidity, CBDC research and DeFi risk analysis alongside Python and data science on their must-have skill sheets. Universities have responded in kind. The past three years have seen a surge of dedicated master’s degrees, executive certificates and research labs focused squarely on distributed-ledger technology—often co-designed with exchanges, Big-Four consultancies and central banks. Whether you want to architect smart-contract protocols, audit crypto-asset compliance or explore token-based governance models, the UK now offers a campus (and a curriculum) to match. This guide rounds up the ten universities leading that charge in 2025, explains what makes each programme unique, and shows you how to turn an academic credential into a Web3 career. Let’s dive in.

For Britain’s 2.4 million veterans and reservists, that spells opportunity. Your background in security, cryptography, supply‑chain management, and mission‑critical ops aligns perfectly with the trustless, tamper‑evident ethos of blockchain.
