Senior Project Planner - Major Infrastructure Projects

Are you ready to be part of a team delivering some of the world's most exciting and impactful infrastructure projects? We're looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our dynamic and collaborative Project & Programme Services team.

In this role, you'll help shape the future of sustainable energy by supporting the delivery of a nationally significant infrastructure development. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your planning expertise to a complex, high-profile programme that combines innovation, engineering excellence, and environmental sensitivity.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead on building and managing complex project schedules, including stakeholder engagement and interface management.
Maintain project baselines to support contract delivery and performance tracking.
Organise and facilitate meetings/workshops to assess project progress and performance.
Support project controls functions to maintain integrated programme schedules.
Deliver advanced schedule reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) and critical path analysis.
Integrate scheduling, cost, and risk information to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct scenario planning to identify issues and enhance delivery efficiency.What You Bring:

Solid understanding of schedule management within NEC, JCT, FIDIC or equivalent contractual frameworks.
Excellent Primavera P6 and MS Project skills.
Experience in PMO, programme or portfolio environments.
Proficiency in resource and cost loading.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
Ability to deliver advanced reporting, including EVM and Critical Path analysis.Desirable Skills:

Experience on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with regulatory environments and frameworks.
Understanding of energy systems and emerging technologies
