Connect Appointments is recruiting an experienced Family Secretary / Paralegal for a respected legal firm in Bridport. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a busy family law department.

Working as a Family Secretary/Paralegal, your key duties will include:

Provide admin support to fee earners and manage case files
Prepare legal documents and correspondence using digital dictation
Assist with court bundles and legal archiving
Handle new client enquiries and file procedures
Organise hearings, conferences, and client appointments
Maintain accurate attendance notes and case records
Attend training as requiredWhat We're Looking For?

Experience in a legal secretary or paralegal role (ideally in family law)
Strong admin, time management, and communication skills
