We’re trusted by leaders like Circle, Societe Generale, Uniswap, Gemini, and the Government of El Salvador. We’ve raised $26m from top investors including Point Nine, 1kx, Tim Draper, and Ledger Cathay.

The opportunity

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager, a strategic and hands-on operator with crypto experience, who will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our Loan Management and Tokenization Compliance products. This role is central to our commercial growth, shaping how we launch and scale products that power the next wave of institutional crypto adoption.

What you’ll do

  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to enterprise crypto finance customers

  • Lead GTM planning, execution, and optimisation for major launches and feature updates

  • Track market and competitive trends, producing insights and battlecards for Product, Sales, and Growth

  • Build sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, competitor matrices) and deliver product training

  • Set clear launch goals, measure outcomes, and run post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 3+ years in product marketing, product management, or GTM roles in the crypto space

  • Has a proven track record of launching products and driving adoption or revenue growth

  • Understands enterprise buyers in crypto, finance, or regulated markets

  • Thrives in project management and cross-functional leadership

  • Communicates with clarity, especially for complex or technical products

  • Uses AI tools to supercharge marketing, research, and automation

  • Is outcome-driven, autonomous, and execution-focused

Why you’ll love this role

  • Shape narratives and product launches that define how institutions adopt crypto

  • Take ownership from idea to impact in a high-leverage, AI-first team

  • Influence roadmap and GTM strategy through close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Growth

  • Join ambitious peers and leadership working at the forefront of crypto adoption

  • See your work directly reflected in revenue growth and market presence

Interview process

Here’s what you can look forward to as we get to know each other:

  • Talent Screen (15–30 min): We’ll kick things off with a relaxed video call to chat about your application, go over the role’s responsibilities, and answer any questions you might have about Cryptio.

  • 1st Interview (45 min): Next, you’ll meet our PMM and share your experience with crypto and product marketing management.

  • Take-home Case Study: You’ll have a chance to work through an assignment based on a real-life scenario—no rush, just a chance to show us how you think.

  • Case Study Interview (90 min): Finally, you’ll present your work to our CRO, CPO, and PMM.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you 🙌

At Cryptio, we move fast and take ownership of outcomes. We learn from failures, celebrate wins, and let humility, curiosity, and a passion for crypto guide how we work. If you value collaboration and want to build with purpose, you’ll feel right at home here.

As blockchain matures, careers in the sector are expanding beyond developers & cryptographers. A blockchain project doesn’t just need people who can write smart contracts or design consensus mechanisms. It needs lawyers who understand regulation, ethicists who anticipate harm, psychologists who study user behaviour, linguists who simplify complex communication, and designers who build usable, trustworthy interfaces. In this article, we’ll explore why UK blockchain careers are becoming more multidisciplinary, how law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design shape the sector, and what job-seekers & employers must do to thrive.
